Privacy

What we collect. Your consultation messages; any details you choose to share (such as first names and birth dates); your email address and, if you provide it, your phone number; and order records. We do not collect payment card details; those go directly to our payment provider.

What it's for. Composing your readings, delivering them, keeping them available to you, and, only if you opted in, sending you occasional offers and notes by email or text. Your messages are processed by the AI systems that compose your readings.

What we never do. We do not sell your data. We do not share your conversations except with the service providers needed to run this site (hosting, AI processing, payments, email), and never for their own marketing. Phone numbers and text messaging opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

How it's protected. Every connection to this site is encrypted. Your conversations and order records are stored on secured servers, and access is limited to what running the service requires. Payment cards are handled entirely by Stripe, a certified payment processor; card numbers never touch our systems.

Your choices. Unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in any message. To access or delete your data, write to support@aipsychicreadings.com from the email you used here and we will honor it.

Cookies. We use only what the site needs to work: a session cookie when you sign in, and local storage to keep your conversation on your device. No advertising trackers.

Sensitive matters. Consultations can touch personal subjects. Share only what you are comfortable sharing; readings work at whatever depth you choose.
